Completed in 2007, The Glas introduced highly contemporary architecture to the principally Victorian 'rhythm' of the Pontcanna urban village. The development offered 2 one bed apartments and 12 two bed apartments with secure parking.

The design is informed by sustainable technologies and design. Clever use of glass, wire, timber and render all combine to create a light, sculptural building which enhances the streetscape and provides desirable apartments.
