A qualified architect, he worked in private practice with Thomas Saunders & Associates in London amongst other projects, designed bank interiors and dealing rooms for Chase Manhattan Bank, Franklins National Bank and Sumitomo Bank prior to gaining his development experience as project coordinator on developments in Paris, Frankfurt and Amsterdam with Claremont Corporation and as the senior development executive with CIP Securities Limited for whom managed high quality listed building refurbishments in Islington, Pall Mall and Portland Place, London and Place de Valois in Paris.
