Craig joined Atlantic in 2001, from a background in residential refurbishment and trading in new apartment developments in and around South Wales. Since joining Atlantic, Craig has project managed two prestigious residential developments in Cardiff.

The first of these, 'Plas Gwynt', situated on the entrance road to Sophia Gardens, combined the sympathetic restoration of a historic mansion house with the construction of 20 apartments. The second, 'The Glas', on Conway Road, Pontcanna, comprised 14 modern apartments offering contemporary living and design in this highly desirable location.

Craig now oversees the final stages of the Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Village, a development boasting top quality operators including VUE Cinemas, Travelodge and McDonalds. The scheme is 85% complete with only a small number of areas available for development. He also supervises the marketing and sales strategies at Atlantic's two new residential schemes, 'The Boatyard by the Sea' in Burry Port and 'Heritage Gate', the Princes' Trust flagship development in Wales.

Craig heads up the investment portfolio as Atlantic actively seek opportunities to add to their hotel, leisure and retail stock. His management duties include the Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Village and Atlantic's residential portfolio throughout south Wales.
